Davis Heating & AC, LLC offers an Energy Savings Agreement, which is preventative maintenance on your heating and cooling system. Our agreement includes two performance tune-ups a year; once in the spring and once in the fall. With over 20 years of experience in the HVAC industry, we know how beneficial investing in an Energy Savings Agreement can be.

1. Stress-free scheduling.

Life is busy enough as it is with remembering to send that e-mail, bring cookies to the soccer party, swap the laundry, and make dinner. We can help you by marking your heating and air system off your to-do list. As an Energy Savings Club member, we will call you when it’s time to schedule your tune-up appointment. Club members also receive priority service during the busiest of times. This means that even during a major heat wave when other HVAC contractors are weeks out for an appointment, you can jump the line and drastically cut your wait time.

2. Reduce utility bills.

According to the EPA, the average household spends more than $2,200 a year on energy bills, with nearly half of this going to heating and cooling costs. Dirt and neglect are the top causes of heating and cooling system inefficiency and failure(www.energystar.gov). Both the indoor and outdoor coils are cleaned as part of the semi-annual tune-ups and all components are tested or inspected. If an HVAC system is not operating properly, electric bills can increase dramatically.

3. Reduce occurrence of breakdowns.

Your HVAC system works hard during the summer and winter to keep your family comfortable.  The best times to have a preventative maintenance check are during the spring and fall before temperatures become extreme. This allows us to catch problems to avoid sudden breakdowns when you need your system the most. Though Davis Heating & AC offers emergency services, we do our best to make sure that you never need them.

4. Keep your system running longer.

Just like anything in your home, the better you take care of something, the longer it lasts.  If you have ever had to replace your home’s heating and air system then you know how costly it can be so it is definitely worth it to spend a little money on preventative maintenance rather than making repairs or replacing the whole system.

5. The discounts!

While there is never a “good” time for your HVAC system to stop working, it seems to always happen at the worst times like a holiday or weekend. Energy Savings Club members do not have to pay extra for after-hours calls, saving you approximately $50! In addition, if any parts do need to be replaced during your year long contract, you will receive a 15% discount.

Pricing for our Energy Savings Agreements is based upon the number of systems you have in your home. For homes that have only one HVAC system, pricing is as low as $15.07 per month! Give Davis Heating & AC a call for pricing on your home or to learn more about our tune-up checklist and procedures.
